HERO System 6th Edition Alert

The 6th Edition is out! I've been going over the pdfs for the last few days in my spare time (which partially explains the lack of activity here on the wiki). It's good and cool stuff, however it raises the question of how does that affect the wiki.

Well, here's my take:

Personally, I'm switching over to 6e just as fast as I can familiarize myself with the rules.

NEW MATERIAL

New 6e material should be flagged with the new 6th Edition category. As we have the opportunity, older material will get flagged with the 5th Edition category. However, in the absence of either, assume 5th Edition.

NON MECHANICAL CONTENT

Note that this only relates to documents containing actual MECHANICS. Anything that is only fluff, descriptions, profiles, etc should have NEITHER 5th nor 6th Edition category flags since the content is not mechanical in nature and the rules edition has no bearing.

EXISTING MATERIAL

Any existing material will be left in 5e form if and until someone gets around to upgrading the material to 6e on a case by case basis. In the event that existing material is valid in both editions, mark it with both the 6th Edition category and 5th Edition category flags.
